Yale-New Haven Hospital offers newborn parents the option to have their baby's first professional photo taken before leaving the hospital. This service is offered through Our365. At the time the photo is taken, parents may decide whether or not they would like Our365 to post their child's photo on their secure Web site.

Please note:

• Not every child born at Yale-New Haven Hospital is automatically posted to the online nursery—only those newborns whose parents have signed a consent form with Our365 will appear.
• Parents are the only ones given the necessary passwords in order to visit their child's Web page. The passwords are provided by Our365. Family and friends must obtain this information directly from the parents. Yale-New Haven Hospital cannot provide anyone with passwords.
• For security purposes, only a child's first (middle) name, date and time of birth, weight and height will appear with the photo.
• A baby's photo will remain posted for 3 months, unless other arrangements are made with Our365.
• Yale-New Haven Hospital does not maintain copies of the photos posted to the Our365 site.
  
  

Our365 is an independent organization and maintains all records of the patient dealing with their organization. Yale-New Haven Hospital offers their service to better meet the needs of our patients. A portion of the proceeds from the photos benefits the nursing education program at Yale-New Haven Hospital.
