The Department of Physician Services provides assistance to Medical Staff and affiliated Medical Staff. Please contact us with questions or assistance with any of the following:
- New medical and affiliated Medical Staff application
- Re-appointment of medical and affiliated Medical Staff
- Privileging for new appointees
- Guest privileges and appointments
- Addition or change of privileges for current medical and affiliated staff
- Appointment / application process for clinical fellows
- Orientation program for new medical and affiliated Medical Staff
- Medical Staff dues
- Parking program for visiting Medical Staff
- To request a leave of absence or return from a leave of absence. (Please see page 30 in the Medical Staff Bylaws for requirements.)
