Shoreline Pre-admission Office

Yale-New Haven Hospital is dedicated to providing quality services to the community. As part of that commitment, the hospital has a satellite office in Guilford that serves the Shoreline community and surrounding towns. Located at the Yale-New Haven Shoreline Medical Center, 111 Goose Lane, Guilford, the office provides Shoreline residents with the following services:

• Pre-admission registration and information
• Financial counseling
• Assistance with billing questions
• Maternity pre-registration
• Information about hospital services
• Free health education programs featuring local health care providers
