U.S. News & World Report Lists Yale-New Haven among America's Best Hospitals |

Yale-New Haven Hospital has been listed among the nation's top hospitals, according to the annual ranking of America's best hospitals by U.S. News and World Report. It is the only Connecticut hospital to be cited in the report.
Yale-New Haven was listed in 12 of the 17 specialties, an increase from the 1999 ranking when Yale-New Haven Hospital was listed in nine specialty categories. Yale-New Haven was cited for its programs in cancer, cardiology and cardiac surgery, gastroenterology, geriatrics, gynecology, hormonal disorders, kidney disease, neurology and neurosurgery, otolaryngology, psychiatry, respiratory diseases and urology.
